Terms and Conditions for Mokwasi
Safaris

  1. Booking Procedure
    All bookings must be made in writing or through the online booking system
    on our website. A 35% deposit is required to secure your booking, and the
    full balance must be paid 60 days before the start of your safari.

 

  1. Cancellation Policy
    If you need to cancel your booking, you must do so in writing. If you
    cancel more than 60 days before the start of your safari, your deposit
    will be refunded, less a 10% administration fee. If you cancel between 30
    and 60 days before the start of your safari, you will forfeit your
    deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days before the start of your safari,
    you will be liable for the full cost of your safari.

 

  1. Insurance
    All clients are required to have comprehensive travel insurance that
    covers medical expenses, personal accident, loss of baggage, and
    cancellation or curtailment of the safari. Mokwasi Safaris accepts no
    responsibility for any loss or damage to personal belongings or for any
    injury or illness sustained while on safari.

 

  1. Changes to Itinerary
    Mokwasi Safaris reserves the right to change the itinerary of a safari if
    circumstances beyond our control require it, such as adverse weather
    conditions or road closures. We will make every effort to provide
    alternative activities or accommodations of a similar standard.

 

  1. Health and Fitness Requirements Some of our safari activities require a good level of
    fitness and mobility, and clients should be in good health to participate.
    If you have any medical conditions that may affect your ability to
    participate in safari activities, please inform us at the time of booking.

 

  1. Responsibility
    Mokwasi Safaris will make every effort to ensure that your safari is
    enjoyable and safe. However, we accept no responsibility for any loss,
    damage, injury or illness that may occur during the safari. Clients
    participate in all activities at their own risk.

 

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and
    construed in accordance with the laws of Botswana. Any disputes arising
    from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive
    jurisdiction of the courts of Botswana.
